I'm stepping into the leadership I've been avoiding
without rebranding or changing my offers

Listening to my intuition + letting my body lead the strategy
We are IN it, folks. The crumbling, the dissolving, the floor is lava feeling where we’re either reaching for what feels the most familiar or diving deep into the unknown abyss with “blind” (ego off) certainty because our bodies are being so intuitively guided that there isn’t any external proof or justification required.
I have been spending intentional time with the wisdom from my womb during this snow storm + 10 days of solo parenting (we’re TIRED) and she has SPOKEN. What I’m hearing is both terrifying, and insanely “true” as far as how my body responds to it. It’s been a deep knowing within me for a long time that I am here to guide others, and my practical ego brain has actively kept me safe from the uncertainty of that path my entire life. By “safe” I mean I have been very comfortable staying behind the scenes doing the practical, tactical easy-to-me admin work that is imperative, and very measurable. When I am tasked with a job to complete a Google Domain Migration, or setup a workflow for an email nurture series, or merge 4 inboxes into one with filters and blockers - my ego lights up with certainty that “I’ll be the best at this, and I’ll make sure everyone is happy with me along the way.” And then my blinders go up, and I am laser focused on that task (generator energy). And I am the best at it. I am efficient, practical, I think of all of the moving parts and how they affect one another, I keep everyone informed and ask the best questions, etc. But there is a HUGE unspoken part of this that I have consciously been suppressing because I have been afraid that leading with my intuition will upset people. It’s the whispering that comes through me to ask “is this in alignment with your highest vision or is this the thing that you think you need done before you can xyz”. It disrupts the status quo and invites the machine to pause, be with our body and let wisdom in.
What leaving a stable 9–5 taught me about business, leadership, and certainty
Now that I’ve spent the last year and a half removed from someone else’s company and working for myself, I have been able to play with my role and collect data. Here’s what I’ve learned:
I attract humans in the creative, yoga, healing and coaching spaces
There isn’t anything in the backend of a business that I cannot execute, and I am VERY good at it
I get pings to question why we’re working on this project/if there’s something else that wants to come through instead of this that I have never listened to because I have told myself “that’s not my job”
100% of the six business owners that I have done VA/PM/OBM work for in the last year question their “right” next move because they just want to BE IN the work they’re here to do instead of being the decision maker 100% of the time (aka they don’t WANT to manage everything, they want to exist more in their creation center).
Using my intuition as a guide in business strategy and operations
From this place, I am inviting a friend into my OBM work - my intuitive wisdom. I don’t even love the title OBM but I know that the game of getting caught up in the perfect title and bio is just my fear of rejection/being seen as incapable/uncertain in the drivers seat. We KNOW we all waiver in our work in some way - that’s HOW we arrive at certainty. So, here’s what I am certain about for my work right now:
Nothing about the work I do changes (still executing backend operations for creatives, healers, practitioners and movement leaders)
I will invite my wisdom to speak through me when I feel called to and my people will value and trust that what is coming through is here to serve the highest good of all
I desire to lead larger spaces with more people because I value the energy of shared wisdom and know that I am here to facilitate that
I am happy to report that this doesn’t require a rebrand, new offers, or new messaging. It just requires a more certain leadership role to come through me.
How to work with me in 2026: intuitive and practical business support
Here is how you can work with me in 2026 and which of my offers may be aligned for you right now depending on the season you’re in:
The Nurture Circle - $37 for 30 days: this is a beta group for Q+A, wisdom sharing, and a soft place for business owners who find themselves in patterns of spiraling to land and get grounded feedback about their business ecosystem + direction right now.
The Groundwork $444 for 2 hours: this is an intentional space to lay the practical, strategic groundwork for something new (a launch or a pivot). This container can be 30 minutes of 1:1 meeting and then 1.5 hours of my execution, or 2 hours of execution together. You also get 1 week of Voxer support thereafter to really land in what we decide.
The Sacred Sprint $750+: This is my project-based container where can tackle any one of the following:
Client Onboarding (emails, workflows, automations, offers)
Client management systems (creating a client tracking system or setting up a CRM like Dubsado or Honeybook)
Task + project management (either in Notion or your existing platform like Asana, Monday, Trello, etc.)
Boundaries + CEO rituals (I can help you set up my Systems Sanctuary CEO Hub or create boundaries and rituals in your existing ecosystem)
Hiring decisions + delegation (auditing your current tasks to create a job description, writing a job description that calls in your EXACT dream hire and/or creating clarity around how to better delegate to your existing team)
Content repurposing + Ghostwriting (using your existing content, voice memos, podcasts + interviews to repurpose and batch 2 weeks of content across 4 platforms of your choice).
The Sacred Reset ($2,500/month for 6-12 months):
If you’re reading the list above and thinking…I want all of that!!! The Sacred Reset is for you. This is 6-12 months of the Sacred Sprint style projects built slowly, with intention and in rhythm with the season of business you’re in. This long term container invites relief knowing you have an expert and intuitive guide alongside you to ground you during those seasons of “something else is being asked to come through me, but how do I pivot with grace and certainty?”.
I have also created The Systems Sanctuary ($33) as a CEO Hub for you to ground everything in your business in ONE place. Everything is anchored here whether it’s bookmarked, linked, or embedded. You have a ritual for when you enter this space and a closing ritual for when you’re ready to shut the laptop. Everything you do is casting a spell and this is a space for you to remember how intentional the work you’re doing is.
Find all of the things here:
Next week I’ll dive into a preview of The Systems Sanctuary and why you need it if you’re craving a SIMPLE business system. I’m also inviting business owners to share the behind the scenes of their backend ops and what they love most about how their systems support them in my feral ops convos dropping in my paid subscription!
Thank you for being here with me. For witnessing me in my most authentic expression and trusting me with the most sacred parts of your business. I cannot wait to meet you this season and be a part of the most divine unfolding in entrepreneurship.
