We focused on moving all of their Zoom recorded workshops + classes into Gumroad as an extra revenue stream. We’re also launching a membership space for their already engaged audience and will build out the email sequence to nurture their audience.

Katie offers powerful strategic intensives that help entrepreneurs map the ecosystem of their business - their offers, audience, and growth direction. She has powerful downloads, big visions and her energy moves FAST. Katie knows her energy blueprint and that she was ready to co-create the systems implementation work with a trusted partner so that she could stay in the vision casting. She had a system for everyone else, but needed support with her own ecosystem.

During Our Time Together
Our collaboration bridges the gap. After Katie helps clients design the strategic architecture of their business, I step in to build the operational backend that supports it — including systems, automations, and client workflows. Katie sends me voice memos on the fly in between photo shoots and events she’s hosting, I implement the emails that need to go out, the logistics and update the databases on the backend.

Ilana’s coaching business had grown organically really beautifully over the years, but her backend systems hadn’t kept up. Client information was scattered across Airtable, spreadsheets, Mailchimp, and her calendar, which made it hard to clearly see her full client ecosystem.

During Our Time Together
We have focused on consolidating and organizing her systems. This included extracting and cleaning up her contact data, mapping how her CRM and email systems work together, and designing a clearer structure for onboarding, contracts, and payment plans for her new offers. We’re also diving into an extreme makeover of her email inbox so that it’s a calm, regulating space to enter into communication with the people she loves.

Bailey runs a growing therapy practice and had reached the point where doing everything herself wasn’t sustainable. She knew she needed team support but had never onboarded someone before and didn’t have systems in place for hiring, onboarding, or managing a VA and intern in a way that aligned with the values of her practice.

During Our Time Together
We set up her Systems Sanctuary together over a few sessions so she had all of her operational pieces organized in one place, and the homework to clarify any missing pieces she hadn’t considered before. Then 9 months later when she was ready to hire, we designed a structured onboarding and operations system for her team inside Notion. We mapped out hiring workflows, clarified expectations for new hires, and created repeatable processes for bringing new people into the practice.

After Our Sessions
Instead of trying to hold everything in her head, Bailey now has the systems in place to support her team and allow her practice to grow sustainably. Now she can focus on client care, her team, and spending time in nature with her family.

Soulward Summit is a multi-day experience bringing together speakers, founders, and community members. With dozens of moving pieces and the level of intention that makes this event one of a kind (speakers, scheduling, communications, and digital programming) strong operational systems were essential.

During Our Service Trade
I supported the team by crafting weekly emails, nurture sequence workflows, attendee, speaker & sponsor tracking systems, organized parts of the rental logistics, and ensured participants were informed throughout the process.

Ongoing Support
With those systems in place, the team was able to focus on their full-time work, in person meet ups and playful event promotion without letting this event burn them out.

Kailey and Ryan run a design studio delivering incredible work, but they weren’t consistently tracking their time or clearly seeing where their energy was going.

Like a lot of creative studios, they had ended up in a situation where they were doing a lot of work inside retainers without visibility into how much time each project was actually taking. This made it difficult to price their work confidently, plan their capacity, or know when it was time to bring in additional support.

During Our Time Together
We designed a structured task and project management system that allowed them to clearly track work across all client projects. They now have a clean operational dashboard that shows exactly what’s happening inside their business.

We also created systems that make it easier for them to delegate design work to additional team members, allowing them to start growing their studio without everything running through them personally.

After an ongoing service trade
Now Kailey and Ryan can clearly see how their time is spent across client work, which has allowed them to price retainers more accurately and ensure they’re being compensated for the work they’re doing.

With a structured task tracking system in place, they’re also able to bring in additional designers to support projects, giving them the ability to grow their studio while maintaining the creative quality their clients love.

Caitlin was manually emailing with yoga teachers about classes that were available to teach, when a sub was needed, and it required 3-10 hours of her time per week.

During Our Time Together

I gave her a Notion page that is now her control center. She has a database where her teachers now enter what class they need a sub for and it automatically emails all of the teachers in her database inviting them to sub their class, and sends an automated email once a class is claimed.

After completing her project

She has more confidence and momentum. She was finally able to dive into her online practice and grow her membership community to over 30 participants!
