I’ve spent 7+ years inside backend operations roles like Human Resource Specialist, Payroll Rep, Tax Preparer + Book Keeper, Executive Administrator, Marketing Coordinator and Virtual Assistant roles watching leaders move through indecision with shame, guilt, urgency and fear.
