  • We start with a 90 minute deep dive that meets you where you are, brings all of the blocks in your way right now to light, and reveals the highest timeline version of what you’re here to do. We start here because then everything we build from the get go aligns with YOUR TRUTH, not the fear, worry or anxieties from your brain. Bring the tears, fears and deepest truths.

  • After our 1:1 session, my team and I co-create a “Sacred Vision” which is our proposed scope of work for the next “x” number of months together. Once you approve, sign and pay, we’re ready to onboard you and get into your systems!

  • Then we’ll send you our clear instructions for how to securely share systems access with us, and once we’re in, we’re ready to go! Every week we’ll send a Sacred Updates email with what’s completed, what we’re working on, and any action items we may need from you. Simple, transparent, and actionable steps that don’t paralyze you with decision fatigue.

I’ve spent 7+ years inside backend operations roles like Human Resource Specialist, Payroll Rep, Tax Preparer + Book Keeper, Executive Administrator, Marketing Coordinator and Virtual Assistant roles watching leaders move through indecision with shame, guilt, urgency and fear.
