Hey, I’m Mariah. Pronouns are she/her.
I built Sacred Ops Studio™ after burning myself out inside businesses that ran on urgency and fear. I watched CEOs, HR execs, and managers push themselves and their teams beyond their capacity, trying to juggle sixteen different initiatives at once while neglecting their own mental health and everyone else’s. And it always ended the same: resentment, rushed work, reactivity and a container of absolute chaos. I knew in my bones there had to be another way.
When I left my last job, I rebuilt my own ecosystem from the ground up: my business, my nervous system, my way of leading - and it started at home in my family system. I did it slowly, rhythmically and with more reverence than I ever knew I was allowed to have. I processed rage with a somatic practitioner, rearranged priorities, moved across the country to have more support from family, and am dancing more!
I chose to believe I was worthy, I asked for support when I needed it and then kept asking for more. I said yes to joy and invited in so much more play than I even knew my adult body was capable of. I started trusting myself and listening to the timing I knew was aligned for me versus what “everyone else was doing right now.” That’s the medicine I teach my kids and lead my clients through.
Now, Sacred Ops™ is the container I wish every leader had: where your nervous system runs your business, boundaries create freedom, and your systems hold the full, playful, generous, RICH life we’re all creating this for.

Nope! But give yourself more credit than that - you’re running a whole business already! I am tech savvy enough for both of us and am a very patient, loving teacher. I’ll empower you with Loom videos (similar to short YouTube videos) with how-to’s and/or give you resources in a way that supports your learning style best (yes that means I create ADHD friendly systems too!).

I am tech agnostic so I will never try to sell you on a platform for commissions. Platforms are about 25% of the solution, the rest is your mindset and devotion to your work in a way that honors your brain and lifestyle. Some of the tools I love are:
