Here is the TLDL (too long, didn’t listen) on my personal revelations:
I’m entering a new season where I’m trusting myself more deeply than ever — even before everything fully “makes sense” financially or strategically. I recently invested in childcare despite not fully feeling “ready” because I know I’m being called into bigger work.
Right now, many entrepreneurs are sitting in uncertainty because we’re trying to build businesses with deeper intention, not just for money. Old systems of hustle, urgency, and burnout are collapsing, and we’re collectively birthing a new paradigm of business rooted in alignment, humanity, and sustainability.
A major turning point for me came through an ancestral cord-cutting session with Marguerite Insolia (@casadellamadre), where I realized I inherited deep beliefs around motherhood needing to equal suffering and martyrdom. I DO NOT resonate with the idea that life, business, or motherhood must be hard to be valuable.
Living intergenerationally with my mom and grandmother has brought so much healing and clarity around old patterns. I’m intentionally redefining motherhood for myself by choosing joy, rest, play, and presence over stress and survival mode. I want my children to remember me as playful, emotionally available, and deeply alive!!! Not constantly overwhelmed, exhausted and resentful.
I also shared about my husband, Dale, and how deeply supportive he is of me as both a mother and entrepreneur. Together, we envision a future where my business sustainably supports our family while he works seasonally and prioritizes healing and family life.
I’m feeling immense excitement about the future we’re building: owning our own home, creating financial freedom, and living without the energetic weight of obligation or indebtedness to others.

Right before going to Soulward I saw that she posted in the Authentic Business Club about her offers and I knew immediately that 1. She was a cool human that everyone needs to know and 2. She was the ops gal I was going to form an alliance with so that I don’t have to do business alone. :) and that’s exactly what we’re doing!!!
Walking into this next chapter of business with Sydney is what my nervous system has needed to actually feel safe expanding. The same way the leaders who hire me are desiring another brain and nervous system in their business, I knew that I had hit my capacity with project based work and I simultaneously SEE and FEEL how many founders are EXPANDING at a rate that isn’t even describable in this 3D realm (iykyk).

We’re birthing a new paradigm of business TOGETHER and it gets to feel SO EASY (because that’s the whole fcking point).
